Gaurav Awasthy, the founder of Unicus Fintech Solutions Private Limited, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the fintech industry. His professional journey and background showcase a combination of strong technical, managerial and sales leadership skills. Gaurav passed B. Tech from PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh (Batch of 2010) in Electronics and Communication Engineering. PEC is renowned for producing skilled engineers who excel in both technical and leadership roles. Post Engineering, Gaurav have done MBA from IIM Lucknow (Batch of 2014) in marketing and Strategy. He honed his leadership and planning skills at one of India's top business schools. An MBA from IIM Lucknow gave him a strong base in running a business, leading teams, and making strategic choices.With a robust network of 65+ banks and NBFCs, we provide individuals and businesses with the best financial solutions tailored to their needs. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Gaurav spent more than 10 years leading sales at top Organisation like Suryoday Bank, SBFC Finance, and Protium Finance in the field of finance. His roles spanned multiple domains, and he worked across geographies, gaining invaluable insights into sales, business development, and operational management. Over the years, Gaurav has gained a deep understanding of the financial services industry, especially in lending, banking, and fintech. His experience in sales leadership in these top organizations involved managing large teams, establishing sales processes, driving performance, and expanding market share.
Leveraging his years of experience in sales and financial services, Gaurav founded Unicus Fintech Solutions Private Limited in 2022. It offers digital lending platform for Banker, Customers and Partners to support their ambitions with complete transparency, cutting edge technology and best in class rates across the financial ecosystem. The aim is to improve financial accessibility, efficiency, and customer experience.
